Embankment Way
The development of new Industrial Units for Embankment Way in Ringwood started in May 2019 and completed in Autumn 2020.
Harbour View
A striking new contemporary crematorium & chapel set in landscaped grounds. This new non-denominational chapel is set within the grounds of Harbour View Woodland Burial Ground in Lytchett Minster, near Poole, Dorset.
RNLI
Inshore Life Boat Centre. Cowes, Isle of Wight. Glossbrook constructed 1750m2 of workshops for the RNLI, it is here that up to 60% of the inshore lifeboats are manufactured.
Hobbycraft
Corporate offices completed for Hobbycraft the UK’s largest Arts and Crafts retailer. The new head office cover a little over 630m2, located in Hurn, Bournemouth.
Commercial Drilling Systems
Glossbrook built 720m2 of workshops and 580m2 of office space for Drilling Systems, ensuring that throughout the entire project the materials, finishes and facias all fully meet the high standards of excellence demanded by our client.
Boscombe Library
Boscombe Library and Flats built by Glossbrook has been recognised as one of the most innovative building projects in the South West.
DWP Housing
DWP Housing Partnership wanted to bring all its departments together under one roof to include offices, workshops and storage warehouse. The new two-storey head-quarters offers 20 customer parking spaces and covers over 18,000 sq ft.
V.A.I
The VAI industrial buildings cover 720m2 and 1500m2 for the offices.
Bournemouth
