Over recent years, Glossbrook has built, or worked on, a number of properties for my family’s Companies. The largest project to date was ‘Kingsland’ in Milford-on-Sea where an old nursing home was to be demolished to make way for 3 quite substantial houses. This was new territory for us as we hadn’t built at this scale before and we went into the project with some trepidation, not least as we were in the depths of winter and the most appalling weather to commence with. Throughout the project we were promptly and accurately advised by our colleagues at Glossbrook in view of mutual expectations and timings culminating in a successful project in which two of the three houses were sold prior to completion of build. The purchasers of both houses were impressed with build quality. Importantly to us, there seems to be an ethos at Glossbrook of providing a detailed cost estimate and then sticking to it.

Richard and his team at Glossbrook are a professional team who are a pleasure to work with. I must say that at all times they were easy to deal with, they built 9 houses for us at the former Ringwood Police Station site and dealing with tremendous amounts of rain at the start of 2020 and then Covid they managed to keep the build moving forward and to a good standard. They are a joy because they are relaxed and non contractual and although we had a JCT D&B in place it sat in the corner collecting dust. We will be working with Glossbrook again in the future I have no doubt.
